Privacy Policy
This page explains how this website handles information about you. There are no accounts and no data sales, and analytics stays off until you consent.

1. What information we collect
This website has no accounts, forms or online payments, and does not collect your name, contact details or health information through the website. When you contact us by phone, LINE, WhatsApp, Messenger, WeChat or email, that information is handled by the respective platform under its own privacy policy.
When you browse this website, and only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics such as pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, and approximate location (country/city level). This data is aggregated; we cannot use it to identify you, and we never collect medical records or consultation content.
2. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) on your device to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. On your first visit, analytics storage is disabled by default (Consent Mode) and is only enabled if you click "Accept". Advertising cookies are always disabled on this website.
You can reset your choice at any time at the bottom of this page, or clear and block cookies in your browser. Declining cookies does not affect browsing this website or booking by phone or messaging apps.
3. Third-party embeds
The contact page embeds Google Maps. When you open that page, Google may collect information such as your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy. Links on this website to platforms such as LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger and TikTok take you to those platforms, whose privacy policies then apply.
4. How we use the information
We use analytics data solely to understand which pages are useful and to improve our content and services. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. This website performs no automated decision-making or personalized medical recommendations.
5. Cross-border transfer and retention
Google Analytics data is processed and stored by Google on servers outside Thailand, including in the United States, which constitutes a cross-border transfer under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Analytics data retention in Google Analytics is set to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA (and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct and delete personal data relating to you, and to withdraw consent and to restrict or object to processing. Because our analytics data is anonymous and aggregated, it generally cannot be linked to an individual. For any privacy request, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
